No-Cook Party Recipes

TEA CUP SALAD 


  • 8 oz prewashed field greens 


  • Store-bought Raspberry walnut vinaigrette 


  • Tea Cups


  • Optional add-ons: walnuts, slivered almonds 

LOBSTER DIP & CHIPS


  • 10 oz. Bag of Kettle style chips


  • 8 oz. Store-bought lobster or crab dip


  • Fresh dill for garnish


  • Lemon slices optional




MANCHEGO + GUAVA


  • 6 oz Manchego cheese


  • 21 oz Guava Paste


  • 1 Orange 


  • Sprig of rosemary 


  • Sprig of oregano



Cut the cheese into wedges first , to your desired size. Use the cheese as a form to cut the guava paste to be the same size. Stack the cheese and guava together . Use half the orange and squeeze the juice over all before plating. Use the remaining orange in the center , adding rosemary and oregano sprigs as garnish.
