- 12— “The Little Potato Company “ (brand ) yellow potatoes
- 1/4 cup - “Marie’s” (brand) Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/4 lb - “Boar’s Head” (brand) Roast Beef
- Scallions for garnish
Spread dressing on your platter, arrange cooked potatoes cut in half and cooked according to package directions. Cut roast beef into thin slices and roll to make rosettes. Garnish with green onion and serve at room temperature.
